The child sponsorship employee asked Astridah's grandmother about Astridah's health situation. The grandmother said Astridah cannot hear properly due to her broken ear drum. She said one has to talk louder when speaking to Astridah. The ear drum broke and it needs to be mended but the grandmother has no money to take the girl to the clinic.
