Grandparents raising children for a 2nd time
Chim asked the older man to introduce himself of which he did. Chim then asked him as to whether he was the one looking after all the children that were there and how many there were. He told Chim that he was the one looking after all the children that were there and altogether there were 11 children.
Chim: "Are you able to support all 11 of the children?"
Older Man: "Sometimes, off and on."
Chim: "What help do you need for these children? Where do you get food to feed the children?"
Older Man: "I do what I can here and there."
Chim: "How many children of the 11 are in school?"
Older Man: "Only 4 children are in school. The rest are not in school due to lack of funds."
Chim: "What help do you need for these children?"
Older Man: "We need help to give the children an education. He would like the support through the purchase of uniforms, blankets, shoes, books, pencils. Without these items, the children can not go to school. We, also, do not have enough food to feed so many children."
