Meet Rebecca Hakaiba

Chim asked the girl`s name and was told that she is Rebecca Hakaiba doing grade 3 at Simwaba basic school. The lady she is standing with in the video is her older sister with whom she lives. Chim asked the sister what help the child needed and the sister told him that she needed books, shoes, socks, uniform and help paying the school fees.
