We have just begun a new program that started March 2012. This new program will get more of the community of Mazabuka involved, so I am very excited. With community members helping we can reach more children, and have closer contact with the children who are already sponsored. It will take a few months to see the full impact, of course. We hope to provide annual updates including educational progress, health updates, etc.
Now, we just need your help! We have many children who are waiting for sponsors. You can sponsor a child for only $11 a month or $33 a quarter. When you go to our web-site and look at the children, you will find many of the children have multiple photographs and letters right there where you can see them (when you click on the child you are interested in, the photos and letters will pop up to view)!! Sponsorship is a dream for these children. It means hope!
Without sponsorship, these children do not get medical checkups. Most will not finish school due to lack of funds. Many will not eat regularly (only 1 meal a day).
After 2 years of the sponsorship program, CHILD-HOPE has seen big changes in the children's health and school progress. With you, we can make a difference!!
