As we already knew from a few weeks ago, most of our families are on holiday and not in their homes.  Chim and the Zambia team brought items for the few children and women that remained behind.  These are the last of these kinds of photos.  Nearly everyone was on vacation, so we will be getting tons of pictures at the upcoming distribution.  In fact, distribution will be so large, we will have over 300 children present as well as women in our women's program and some of their family members.  This could mean 500+ people at next distribution.  It will take 3 to 4 days to distribute everything to everyone!!!

She told me that the children were at Hakwambwa School. I asked the lady how the children can be assisted in school. Asked about the health of the children. The lady told me that Maureen had body complications in that she normally has diarrhea, chest pain and leg pain. She went on to tell me that the girl is normally in and out of the hospital. She then told me that Ophen was suffering from headache, chest and stomach pains. The mother is appealing for education support for the children through paying fees, purchasing uniform, shoes and school bag I asked the children how they would want to be helped and they also stated as their mother did. I also asked the lady how the health of the children was .She told me that Mweenda Moonga was suffering from ear pain as they have been passing puss for a long time now. Update- Mrs. Mweemba

Mrs. Mweemba is in for a treat this month! Last month, she received a blanket, and she mentioned that a bike would help her in the tasks she must do to fend for her grandchildren. Meghan saw the video and decided to help! She immediately sent the money needed to purchase a sturdy bike that will be able to withstand the rough terrain.
