Meet Jackline Chaambwa #570

Jackline lives in Simwaba just as Chipo does.  However, Jackline is in secondary school at Simwaba Basic.   4 days before Christmas, Jackline turned 15 years old.  She enjoys playing netball with her friends. 

In her letter to her potential sponsor, she writes about where she lives.  She says there are 30 people that live near her home.  Some of the people that live there farm crops like maize, cotton, and sweet potatoes.  She lives in a one room house made of grass with 2 windows.  As you can see, she is a very descriptive letter writer!!

Just like Chipo, she needs a sponsor that will encourage her to continue her studies.  She would like to be a nurse when she grows up, but so many girls in her area stop their schooling at grade 9.  They choose to become mothers and wives instead.  If you can encourage Jackline to continue her studies, send an e-mail to macandmic@gmail.com
